Giclee Embellished Botanical Painting with gold leaf on archival paper.
Giclee prints are among the best fine art reproductions available. Giclee, refers to an archival print made from an inkjet printer equipped with a wide range of permanent ink colors able to simulate the original artwork. A giclee can be reproduced on a variety of surfaces ranging from paper to canvas.
I decided to do a detailed smaller version giclee of the original painting because I love the color combinations along with the gold leaf. This small Giclee has been painted into here and there with quality oil paints and sealed with a varnish.
Notice a baby blue background, berry pink flowers and gold leaf flecks though out this giclee. The giclee is embellished with gold leaf and kissed with Swarovski crystals.
